以IEEE引用格式为例
期刊格式如下
IEEE格式里面一般写vol. xx, no. xx, pp. xxx-xxx, month year. 之前写的可能是直接从谷歌学术复制下来的，也有些格式可以这样用，例如81（6）.这样的话81表示的是vol，也就是卷号，而6表示issue，即是期号。但是IEEE一般不这么写。
vol也就是卷号一般是跟年份有关的，而no代表期号，经常是跟月份有关的。比如说vol. 65, 代表是这个期刊的第65年的那一卷，而no. 1代表的是这是一月份那一期。
关于页码，科普一下pp代表是page to page，也就是说 如果要表示从某一页到某一页，如第二页到第五页，我们要写pp. 2-5.

会议格式如下

IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems, Melbourne, Australia, Jun. 2014, pp. 2209-2212. 构成：作者, "标题", in IEEE xxx Conference, 或者in Proceedings of IEEE xxx Conference, 开会的城市，国家，开会日期，文章页码
用Bib做论文引用
文献类型一般有
book（书）、article（期刊论文）、inproceeding（会议）、misc（网站）
基本要求
相同类型的文献要引用格式一致，不能有的有地址有的没有
每次不同的论文投递，写的bib格式也不一样，根据模板要求改，一个个调整
尽量选择正式发表的论文 例如某某会议某某期刊，少用一些不正式的report啊什么的
不要直接用百度学术or谷歌学术的bibTeX！！！！！！！
看下一个谷歌学术上搬下来的：
三个名字三种样式，有毒。
book（书）
书名要大写
出版社publisher有的会要求写缩写
article（期刊论文）
期刊和出版物的名字一般都是首字母大写，除了一些虚词不大写
inproceeding（会议）
论文标题一般就第一个单词首字母大写
会议名字要首字母大写就都大写，写全程就写全称 写简称就都写简称，例如，IJCAI是写全称，首字母都大写；TCAS2就是缩写

如何找要的信息？
1. 谷歌学术，论文标题
2. 论文的网页，找到下载citation为bibTex的地方，不同期刊不一样
找关键词“Export/Download”“citation”“bibTeX”
3. 下载bibTex
挑有需要的写进去
4. 会议论文如果要开会时间和地点，谷歌自己查比如IJCAI2019有会议网站
5. 每次用的Bib格式都可能不一样！！！比如有的是要doi的有的要url的，有的是要期刊会议名缩写的。

PS：IEEE期刊的标准缩写格式是ISO4
2. Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences的简写，一般不会减到PNAS，改为 P. Natl. Acad. Sci.
3. 伟利师兄的那篇中文的综述 英文叫Journal of Computer Research and Development 没有搜到缩写，找这几个单词的缩写方式写就行了，比如J. Comp. Res. Dev.
4. 注意作者名的姓和名的顺序，一般两种写法：① Chen, Chuan and Wu, Jiajing ② Chuan Chen and Jiajing Wu
5. 怎么找中文论文的引用：
比如百度学术直接查是这种,...看着就不太对。
论文后面一般会有英文的标题摘要，去谷歌学术搜一下英文论文标题，就可以看到英文版的网页
如果直接搜中文标题出来的可能是知网什么的
6. 不知道怎么缩写的，看看以前同期刊的论文是怎么引，用Mendeley搜一下
比如 IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems II: Express Briefs
7. 刚接收的论文，有doi的也可以引用，例如
